I had a fantastic experience working with Neuber Mendes

At Flooring Atlanta to replace carpet in the upstairs of our home with laminate wood flooring and to refinish our stairwell to match. He was on top of every detail of our project, is a responsive and timely communicator, and a skilled flooring professional. Our new floors and stairwell look fabulous. I would work with Neuber Mendes again in a heartbeat!

Flooring Atlanta was the first place we stopped, and it was the best place of all those we visited.

No high pressure sales, very straight forward conversations, no “surprises” in materials or installation, and the price was right. They did exactly what they told us what they were going to do. If we have another project, that’s where we’re going.

Had a great experience getting new floors put in with Flooring Atlanta.

Jon Munsick helped my fiancee and I every step of the way with getting our floors done. He was extremely professional and willing to answer any questions. He helped with everything, from finding the perfect floor to working around our schedule to getting the floors installed. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Munsick and Flooring Atlanta.

I worked with Jackie at the Kennesaw location and because she was patient and so helpful to find an option that worked for me,

I am giving her and her team 5 stars. She found the perfect option for me and it fit my budget and looks great. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a budget friendly option. Make sure you get all the details (pricing, floor prep, extras) up front if you go with the direct hire installation.

Jackie was the best person to help me redo my floors.

She understood my concerns and was very sympathetic. Something I really needed. The installer was also very understanding, which helped a lot. My floors turned out great. I will recommend this company to others.

I worked with Flooring Atlanta to have all my carpet replaced with engineered hardwood.

Jackie, CJ and Tad were very accommodating, professional and patient with me as it took literally 2 months for me to pick a product. They eased all my anxiety, because this was going to be a huge purchase for me. Jackie coordinated everything from measuring, ordering and scheduling installation. The process was very smooth. I love my new floors and would definitely use Flooring Atlanta again.

Working with Flooring Atlanta was so easy!

Their showroom is convenient to check out samples and get in person service. Laurie was so patient and helpful. She is a true expert! Installation was on time and fast. Love the results!

Lauri was very knowledgeable helping us chose the right flooring and had it all ordered and booked in the following week.

Their fitter Wellington and his team worked very hard and had the whole house completed in a week. Wellington was very helpful and takes great pride in his work, he left the house clean, rehung pictures and even had a very heavy delivery of ours put safely away in the garage. All rubbish was cleared and taken away. I would definitely recommend both the company and the fitter.

My husband and I recently worked with Lori and Josh over at Flooring Atlanta to replace the carpet in our home.

The whole experience was great, they made this process easy and enjoyable. Their showroom had a wide variety of options to select from along with samples that we could take home to review with our other finishes. The pricing was very reasonable on the options we looked at and we were able to get the install booked quickly during the holidays. The install team was professional and communicated well. We are very happy with the end results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Josh Chevalier at Flooring Atlanta was FANTASTIC!! I purchased a new townhouse in Roswell and Flooring Atlanta/Josh came highly recommended. I walked in on a Saturday, flooring delivered Monday, and beautifully installed by Wellington of WLB, LLC by the end of the week. Wellington takes his craft very seriously and it shows.
From start to finish, it was an exceptional, professional, and very personable customer experience.
Between Josh and Wellington, the interior of my new home is really beautiful. Thanks guys!

Lauri was easy to work with, very helpful with any questions & concerns & very kind. The measuring, then install went extremely well & everything was very professional. When it comes time for future carpet/flooring needs, I will definitely be back.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased a home that had been 'refurbished'. Within a month of the purchase we noted the newly installed LVP flooring was flexing more than expected, particularly in a 'high traffic' area of the kitchen.
We started calling flooring contractors for quotes to repair the flooring in this area.
The first contractor provided a quote only for the complete replacement all the flooring on the main level of the house using his bulk discount priced product. This product and contractor wasn't going to be a good fit for us.
The second contractor, an experienced installer, was affiliated with a big flooring retailer from which the original failing product had been purchased. His analysis indicated the slab beneath the LVP hadn't been properly repaired prior to installation. He provided us with very valuable knowledge and a detailed quote using an upgraded product that was specific to this retailer. The snag was I couldn't find any reviews of these products.
In a prior remodel (in a different state) we installed - and loved - a Mohawk LVP product. So I searched for a local Mohawk retailer and fortunately discovered Flooring Atlanta in Roswell. Josh asked me questions about our home and needs, and then introduced me to a variety of products beyond LVP based on my responses - in a very educational (not salesy) manner. In this first conversation I asked him how he liked his installers. He paused and looked me in the eye before he responded: "I love my installers (emphasis on 'love'). That sealed the deal with me - Flooring Atlanta was going to be our new flooring store.
After much research, sample ordering, and in-person visits to the store, we chose Mohawk PureTech Premier flooring. The price was reasonable and the ordering timeline was brief.

The installers, Splendid Floors (Daniel and Felipe), were outstanding. There were a few surprises when the old flooring was removed and the Splendid crew had to do a substantial amount of floor leveling. Yet that's the key to a great installation: the prep work. Once the overall installation was complete Daniel and Felipe touched up the baseboard paint, mopped our new floors, and moved all the furniture back into the house exactly where it had originally been located. Wow- these are the finishing touches an owner like me treasures. Plus they promptly came back a week later for a little tweak to one of the planks. I love these guys!

We've remodeled quite a few homes, so we know that finding the right contractors can be a strenuous and tenuous process. When we've worked with superlative pros like Josh and Lauri (a super patient and smart lady) from Flooring Atlanta and the Splendid Floor team - we want others to know all the details about the process and our experience.

A number of our neighbors are preparing to replace their floors. We've confidently and enthusiastically recommended Flooring Atlanta/Roswell (Josh and Lauri) and Splendid Floors (Daniel and Felipe). And PS: we love our Mohawk PureTech Premier flooring!
